Hi there! My name is Kailee, and I buy almost everything from Target, Costco, or Amazon. I try new TV shows, but always end up rewatching Friends because it's my favorite! I love reading and have my Kindle with me everywhere I go!
I am SO excited that we are already to this stage! If you’re reading this guide, it means that you’ve looked at my work and felt a connection to it and could envision your family and your love for each other captured in my photos. There is honestly no better compliment than a family trusting me to document their sweet family!
Through the years I've been so blessed to have taken thousands and thousands of photos of different relationships that just make my heart burst. And year after year, I see the growth of couples, of children... of families. It is my ALL TIME FAVORITE thing to document those ever changing relationships between son and mom, daughter and father, between siblings. Families have quickly become my favorite thing to photograph and it's because of my amazing clients and the relationship that forms as we see each other year after year. Thank you so much for thinking of me to document your family. Words will never begin to express how grateful I am that you can envision your family in my photos and that you trust me enough to capture the stage that your family is in right now.

When you decide to move forward, I'll send you a proposal with everything that's included as well as payment options. 50% of the total will be due upon booking to save your date, and once that's paid, that date will officially be yours!
You'll officially be a KM Family, and I'll send over a Family Guide that goes over everything from what colors to choose for your outfits to tips and tricks to help with your toddlers!

The week of your session, I'll send over a few sneak peek photos, just so you can get excited!
Depending on which collection you book, you can expect delivery of your photos 2-6 weeks following your session!

Each of my Collections come with a custom album designed by me. They range in size from 8x8-12x12, but when you book a session with me, you'll have a beautiful album in your hands within a 4-8 weeks of your session! I only take FOUR sessions a month, so hop over here to submit an inquiry so we can get you on my calendar!
Investment begins at $750.

Handcrafted Albums are the perfect way to remember your family session!
I'm a big believers that images aren’t meant to solely exist in a digital space. In fact, because of this, each of my family sessions now come with an album included in your session. You will have the option to purchase more for gifts for grandparents (it's the BEST Christmas gift!).
Think about this fact: fifteen years ago, if we had delivered you digital images, they would have been on a floppy disk. With the fast updates to technology, you would have no way to access those images today. Even the online galleries we deliver will eventually fade away.
Some of my favorite memories are looking through our family sessions each year with Chloe. It's so fun to listen to her as she talks through the games she remembers playing during our family photo session!

Starting at $545
I create a beautiful album for you and send a proof of it with your gallery delivery! You are welcome to add any changes via the program I send it through!
With the exception of printing errors, all albums are non-returnable. Albums must be ordered within 3 months of gallery delivery. The holiday deadline for beginning an order is November 1st.

How many images are included?
At a minimum, for family sessions, I deliver at least 50 photos (this is for a 30 minute session. For most sessions, I deliver a minimum of 100 images. I don’t put a set number on how many you recieve, but I never leave anything out. I don’t put a cap or a limit on what I will deliver. Every family is different and varies from the last, and numbers are always changing. If you’d like to see some full family galleries, please feel free to ask! I’m happy to send over a few so you can get an idea of what I deliver!

Do you give raws?
Nope. I don’t. Editing is half of the process/magic that goes into the images. Without that huge step, the images are only halfway done! I promise to never leave any photos out that you’ll want/need, and if you feel I missed delivering a photo, just ask! I’m more than happy to check back through my images and send it over for you. I won’t let you miss out on any memories!

How do Payment Schedules work?
I require 50% down at time of booking to hold your date, and the remaining 50% is due one month prior to your session date. I accept credit card, debit card, and cash.

Can you photoshop us to look skinnier / have clear skin / hold lightsabers in our photos?
I’m not a personal trainer and I don’t change your appearance. I want to focus on making YOU feel beautiful, rather than unrealistic. So no, I don’t photoshop your bodies to appear different than they actually are. However, I do clear up skin and remove any big distractions.

What do we wear for photos?
I have an Family Style Guide that I will send over before the session., but just wear something that is comfortable and is your style. Be yourselves! But feel free to dress up! Don’t over-do it and make yourselves feel 100% UNcomfortable, but if you want to dress up and feel like a princess for your shoot, do it! Sticking to neutrals is best, but that doesn’t mean just whites, greys, and tans. There are neutrals of every color! Just make sure it’s not neon and the color isn’t reflecting off of your white wall at home! If it’s reflecting- that means it’s probably going to reflect on both of your faces - which means your faces are going to be bright, neon, salmon pink or neon green! And that’s probably not what you’re wanting... right? If after reading through the Style Guide and still struggling, message me and I can help you choose outfits based on the location we will shoot at!

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our session?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date and then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. I don’t do this because I’m trying to suck money from you, but because I’m counting on that money during that time to pay bills and I only take on limited amounts of jobs per month, meaning that I depend on that money!

What if we need to reschedule our shoot due to weather?
We can reschedule if weather is really that awful, but some of my favorite sessions I’ve ever had have been in rain/hail/snow storms! and wind? pshhhh... wind is what I pray we get before every shoot! Embracing the weather makes for incredible photos. The only times I’ve rescheduled shoots due to weather is if my camera will be ruined by the weather. We will make the decision together whether we need to reschedule or not.

Contract + Deposit
You ready to commit to this third wheel relationship? I’m stoooked! I require a signed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your date. After that, the remaining 50% is due one month before your shoot, then I’ll book travel if necessary!
