To get the full value of joy, you must have someone to divide it with.

y name is Kailee Matsumura, originally from Idaho,                    and currently living in Utah! I married my                  husband, Marc, in 2015 and it has easily been the best decision I've ever made. I love  watching "Friends"- like borderline OBSESSED with it, laughing uncontrollably, and traveling to beautiful places. My favorites are China, Thailand, and the Dominican Republic!

My photography journey began on a medical outreach trip to the Dominican Republic. I met all of these incredible people and I LONGED to take photos of them to tell their story, but all I had was my iPhone, and that just wasn't cutting it for what I was envisioning. So I came home from that trip, went onto Amazon and bought my very first camera. It came in the mail only a week later and I was so excited to learn!

I invested in education right away and have been so blessed to have learned so much in so little time. I try to be as educated as I can so that I can better serve my clients! It's so important to me that I am always learning.

Most people are always super surprised to learn that I am attending college to become a nurse. I LOVE medicine. Learning about how the human body works is seriously incredible! It wasn't until recently that I realized that my two biggest passions, photography and nursing, have one very important thing in common - service. I love helping others feel better, feel inspired, feel loved. Because I think that's how life should be. It should be able helping each other SHINE.
